get-hosting.com is operated by ACTIEFHOST LTD, a company registered in Bulgaria. These Terms govern access to and use of the website. By using the platform, creating an account, submitting content, or requesting company profile access, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Nature of the service

7. Company profiles, claimed profiles, and unclaimed profiles
A hosting company may appear on the platform whether or not it has claimed its profile. An unclaimed profile is an informational listing and is not represented as being controlled by the relevant company. A claimed profile may be granted only after review of authority and may be revoked, limited, or rejected if verification is insufficient, misleading, disputed, or risky.
8. Licence for submitted content
You retain responsibility for the content you submit. By submitting content to the platform, you grant ACTIEFHOST LTD and get-hosting.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, moderate, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as necessary to operate, secure, improve, promote, and legally administer the platform. This licence survives for so long as reasonably necessary for moderation, archival, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal defence purposes.
9. Accuracy, rankings, and third-party decisions
We aim to present useful and fair information, but we do not guarantee that reviews, ratings, listings, categories, rankings, company descriptions, or badge states will always be complete, current, or free of error. Users remain solely responsible for any commercial, technical, or purchasing decisions they make based on information found on the platform.
10. Intellectual property
The website, platform structure, branding, code, editorial materials, database presentation, and other protected elements belong to their respective rights holders and are protected under applicable Bulgarian, EU, and international law. Except where allowed by law or expressly permitted by us, you may not reproduce, republish, exploit, or distribute protected platform materials in an infringing way.
11. Suspension, restriction, and termination

13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Bulgarian law and applicable EU law, ACTIEFHOST LTD and get-hosting.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, reputational, or lost-profit damages arising out of or related to use of, inability to use, or reliance on the platform, third-party content, moderation decisions, rankings, or company information.
14. Mandatory consumer and statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Bulgarian or EU law, including mandatory consumer, privacy, or data-protection rights where they apply.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes relating to the platform shall be subject to the competent courts in Bulgaria, without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer-protection rules that apply under Bulgarian or EU law.
16. Severability
